I’m Elise Martinson, an illustrator and artist based on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia. I create detailed and delightful illustrations that highlight the charm and uniqueness of Australian wildlife, native plants, and local destinations. My subjects are brought to life through a blend of hand-drawn digital illustration and traditional techniques like pencil and watercolour.
Originally from the coastal town of Esperance in Western Australia, my connection with nature began in childhood with exploring bushland and beaches and learning to draw digitally on rainy days. My early love for nature continues to shape my work today, as I create artwork that helps others connect with the animals, plants, and places that make Australia special.
