Holden Designer Spark entries

Since 2011 Holden have held a design competition to apply a custom design to a Barina Spark. Last year I entered the Holden Designer Spark competition but I didn’t have much time to design and promote my entry. So this year when they issued an email about the 2013 competition I made myself a goal to at least get a few entries in. The designs can be created using the digital tools or templates provided on the Holden Designer Spark website. Mythical creatures coin series: Griffin released

I’m pretty excited to announce the launch of a new series of 1oz silver coins I illustrated for Coin Club (now Australian Gold & Silver Exchange). The series is called “Mythical Creatures” and will feature 5 different mythical creatures. I believe we are going to be offering an extremely limited edition of 50 signed by myself (I won’t be signing any more after that) but I’m not sure when these will be available. Elephants on parade! Mali in the City submissions

These are my submissions to the Mali in the City art project being organised by the Melbourne Zoo. 50 life-size fibreglass sculptures will be painted by local artists and spread around the city for a 6 week period. Afterwards, the elephants will then be auctioned off with the proceeds going to the zoo and its conservation efforts.Read More

2012 Perth ANDA coin show

I just returned from the annual ANDA show in Perth after attending at the Coin Club stall. I was there to promote several of the coin series I had assisted in designing and I also signed a bunch of sets of Bush Babies PNCs. There was a good turnout, I think partly because of the crowds brought in by the exclusive show specials being offered by the Royal Australian Mint and The Perth Mint.Read More
