Below is some more information on this design from the Coin Club website:

DESIGN
The coin’s reverse portrays a coloured phoenix rising up from flames of fire. A medieval style banner displays a silhouette of a phoenix and the monetary denomination, with the inscription ‘phoenix’ featured on a scroll at the base of the design.
The coin’s obverse depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the 2013 year-date.

MYTHICAL CREATURES SERIES
This beautiful series focuses on and showcases five mythical creatures. This coin program will raise a sum of $25,000 as charity funds for UNICEF-Australia. Struck by The Perth Mint on behalf of Coin Club Australia from 1oz of 99.9% pure silver in proof quality, the coin is issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu.

PHOENIX
In ancient Greek and Egyptian mythology, the phoenix is a bird believed to be connected to the sun. Tradition tells that only one phoenix is alive at any one time, with the majestic creature reincarnating itself from fire and arising from the ashes of its predecessor. Thought to symbolise renewal and being a friend to humans, scholars have observed similar creatures across many cultures throughout the ages.
