DELIVERY

Delivery is available within Australia only. 

Postage costs are capped at $9.95 for fabric and larger items, and $6.95 for prints and smaller items. Some items such as cards and print sets have free postage included. The final postage cost will be calculated on the largest item in the cart with a postage fee. If for any reason the final postage figure shown in the cart does not seem right, please let me know!

I will dispatch orders within 1 – 3 business days of receiving payment. Deliveries are sent via Australlia Post using a Registered Letter or Registered Parcel service. Single greeting cards are an exception and are sent untracked.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct to avoid any delays or potential losses of your order.

EXPRESS POST

Express postage is available for an additonal fee calculated at checkout. Customers who purchase Express Postage will have their orders posted on the same, or following business day at the latest.

RETURNS

Unfortunately I don’t offer returns or refund for change of mind purchases but if you have a problem with your order please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

To avoid dissapointment, please carefully read the provided product information when selecting your items. Product sizes and specifications are listed on the product page but if you have any questions about you item please contact me before ordering. Please note that there are many factors affecting the appearance of colours you will see on the site and I cannot gaurantee that the colours will not differ when you receive your physical or digital products.
